The place has potential, but it was a real letdown to find the apartment not cleaned when we got there. Trying to reach local support was a hassle; they were unreachable by phone or text. The bed was only changed and cleaned the next day, and to top it off, we had to deal with a bathroom basin that was full of someone else's water for our whole stay. The plumber showed up just as we were checking out. We got a refund for 2 nights out of the 7, but honestly, that didn’t seem to reflect the poor service we experienced, the shock of arriving to such a mess, and all the time we wasted emailing and calling, plus dealing with three different people in person who were trying to sort things out, which really interrupted our vacation.

This is a great site with awesome images and straightforward descriptions. Plus, it's super user-friendly.
